Throughout my time at Indiana University Indianapolis, I have been actively involved in student organizations that focus on advocacy, leadership, and community engagement. I am the Founder and President of UNICEF at IU Indianapolis, where I established the organization to promote awareness and action around global humanitarian issues affecting children. 

 

In Addition, I led as a Board Member of the Indiana Muslim Advocacy Network (IMAN), where I contributed to advocacy efforts focused on civic engagement and social justice.

 

My responsibilities as president of UNICEF and board member of IMAN:

• Leading and organizing campus events, fundraisers, and awareness campaigns

• Collaborating with student organizations and community partners

• Advocating for social justice and public health-related issues

• Engaging with the community through outreach efforts such as phone banking and event planning
