About

Sana Aljebawi

I am pursuing a degree in Health Services Management at Indiana University Indianapolis, driven by a strong passion for improving healthcare at a systems level.  I plan to attend graduate school and work in a clinical setting as an Occupational therapist.

I am passionate about while continuing to build experience in healthcare administration.

My long-term goal is to become a well-rounded professional who bridges the gap between patient care and healthcare systems, using both clinical and administrative knowledge to improve the quality and accessibility of care.

Why Health Services Management?

Health Services Management appeals to me because it allows me to improve healthcare beyond just individual patient interactions and focus on the system as a whole. I’ve always been interested in how healthcare organizations operate, and through my coursework and campus experiences, I’ve developed a strong interest in making care more efficient, accessible, and patient-centered. This field gives me the opportunity to combine my passion for healthcare with leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.

Pursuing Health Services Management also aligns with my long-term goals. I plan to work in a clinical setting I’m passionate about while gaining experience that I can later apply to administrative and leadership roles. Ultimately, I want to be involved in shaping healthcare systems and policies that improve outcomes for patients and communities.
